Cancellation Policy
The Coaching Agreement will be sent to the Client once a booking preference is stated. The agreement must be signed and related fees received by the Coach prior to any scheduled sessions. It is valid from the date both Client and Coach sign it and lasts for the duration of the timetable stipulated in the plan or package the Client purchased. If the Client requests additional sessions or more frequent check-ins beyond 15 minutes (included in some packages), the client may be charged additional fees to be agreed upon and added as an addendum to this agreement. Client agrees that it is the Client’s responsibility to notify the Coach via phone, text, or email 24 hours in advance of any scheduled session regarding the need to cancel. If the Client fails to cancel within 24 hours in advance of any scheduled session, Momentum Life Coaching may charge the Client a $50 fee. Either Client or Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with two weeks written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching arrangement. If the two-week written notice was received by both parties, a Client will be refunded for any remaining sessions of a prepaid plan that were scheduled beyond the termination’s effective date. If no two-week notice was received by the Coach, no refund will be issued for any remaining sessions of a prepaid plan.
